Where a xeriscape garden (found under background p.g. 232 of PEB TM) has been installed, provisions must be made to remove any 'above-ground terminal fittings' (e.g. sprinkler heads, drip circuits, etc.) irrigation system within twelve months and ensure that the landscape will not receive watering after that time.”
This does not have to include that the ‘underground piping and 'turf valves’ are to be removed, as the removal of extensive lengths of buried pipes and turf valves is disruptive to the landscaping, can incur moderate costs and goes against the concept of future-proofing and material efficiency.
