In demonstrating that the project does not have a fire protection sprinkler system, the following documentation is required to claim this credit as "Not Applicable":

- Short Report prepared by a suitably qualified professional:

1. Confirming that the development does not incorporate fire protection sprinkler systems; and
2. Confirming that the development meets the required fire safety standards outlined in SANS 10400 Part T:1990

Documentation Requirements, description of documentation, delete "Copy of the Occupation Certificate where it is indicated that the fire protection systems installed satisfy the requirements of the local authority for occupancy."
