      • The point above is achieved;

      • The project site is located within a municipally approved urban edge.”

Additional Guidance, first paragraph, delete "75% of the site area was built on at the time of site purchase" and replace with "75% of the site area was previously developed land".

AND

Additional Guidance, below sub-title 'Previously developed land', delete all text and replace with "Previously developed land is land that is or was occupied by a permanent structure, including the curtilage of the developed land and any associated fixed surface infrastructure. 'Curtilage' is defined as the enclosed area surrounding a building including yards and paved surfaces within the site boundary (e.g. hardscape and landscaped areas)."

The following are excluded from 'previously developed land' (i.e. cannot be claimed as previously developed):

- Land that has been developed for minerals extraction or waste disposal by landfill purposes where provision for restoration has been made through development control procedures;

AND

- Land that was previously developed but where the remains of the permanent structure or fixed surfaces have blended into the landscape in the process of time (to the extent that it can reasonably be considered as part of the natural surroundings).
