Credit Criteria, Additional point, delete “An additional point is awarded if the site is located within a municipally approved urban edge.” and replace with:
“An additional point is awarded where:
• The point above is achieved;
• The project site is located within a municipally approved urban edge.”
The below erratum from the Office v1 Technical Manual can be used for Office v1.1, PEB v1, MURT v1 and Retail v1 projects:

Additional Guidance, first paragraph, delete "75% of the site area was built on at the time of site purchase" and replace with "75% of the site area was previously developed land".
Additional Guidance, below sub-title 'Previously developed land', delete all text and replace with "Previously developed land is land that is or was occupied by a permanent structure, including the curtilage of the developed land and any associated fixed surface infrastructure. 'Curtilage' is defined as the enclosed area surrounding a building including yards and paved surfaces within the site boundary (e.g. hardscape and landscaped areas)."
